JUDGMENT:
Sri Satish Babu, learned counsel, representing Ms. M.Vidyavathi, learned counsel for the appellant, again sought time to contact his party though the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even on the earlier occasion i.e. on 21-112014, this Court refused to grant adjournment and listed the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Therefore, there is no justification to grant further adjournment. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this appeal, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
