It is the synoptic submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is filed against the order of the 1st respondent rejecting the petitioner’s application inter alia for stay of the Order of Assessment, pending appeal. It is represented that the appeal preferred by the assessee has itself been disposed of on 12-12-2012.
In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
