the file containing the purported order dated 16-4-2011, it is reported that the file itself was missing. Thereafter, this Court, which has taken a serious note of the missing file, has passed a series of orders, which included the order directing the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, to file an affidavit. The Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, submitted report dated 1-3-2013, wherein, on a preliminary enquiry, he has stated that disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the persons who were found responsible for the missing of the file; that the file was not traced inspite of severe search and that all out efforts have been made for tracing the file. As the file could not be traced even thereafter, respondent No.1 has issued proceedings in Memo No.7213/SS-1/2013, dated 5-3-2013, directing the Collector, Ranga Reddy District, to initiate criminal proceedings against the persons who are involved in the missing of file No.C/1000/2010 in the office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddyu District. Following the said direction, respondent No.3 has addressed letter No.F/991/2013, dated 5-32013, to the Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, to register a case against respondent No.27 and one N. Narayan Reddy working as the Deputy Tahsildar (petitioner in W.P.No.14253/2013).
