The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The only grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that
the revision petition filed against them by respondent No.4 and others on 06.04.2013 is not being disposed of by respondent No.2, despite the compromise entered into between them and respondent No.4.
In view of this innocuous but legitimate grievance of the petitioners, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the revision petition, if not already done, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44934 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
