This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :

“ … to pass an order or a direction or a writ more in the nature of writ of certiorari by directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to produce the records pertaining to the alienation of land under G.O.Ms.No.776, dated 24-6-2008 admeasuring Ac.4-18 guntas under Sy.No.49/1 situated at Medipally village of Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District to the 5^th respondent herein and consequently quash the impugned order under G.O.Ms.No.776, dated 24-6-2008 passed by the 1^st respondent herein by declaring the action of the 1^st respondent herein in alienating the land without following the A.P. Board Standing Orders and the rules enumerated under A.P. (T.A.) Alienation of State Lands.. Rules, 1975 as highly arbitrary, excessive, ultra vires and against to the principles of natural justice …”

After arguing the case, Sri Ilapakurti Chandra Sekhar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to his client to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to

question G.O.Ms.No.766, Revenue (Assn.V) Department, dated 24-6-2008.

The request of the learned Counsel is accepted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made, subject to his locus standi to file such a PIL.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.45661, 45662, 49064 of 2012 and WPMP No.20897/2013 are disposed of as infructuous.
