The revisional order dated 4-6-2012 for the Assessment Year 2005-06 under the CST Act, 1956 is challenged in this writ petition. Heard Sri Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Balaji Varma, learned Special Govt. Pleader for Commercial Taxes for the respondent.
An identical issue fell for consideration in W.P.No.3430 of 2013 wherein also a challenge to an order exercising revisional power was in issue. By the judgment today i.e., on 6-2-2013 and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition was allowed and the revisional order in that writ petition was quashed.
For the reasons alike as recorded in W.P.No.3430 of 2013, this writ petition is also allowed and the impugned revisional order dated 4- 6-2012 passed by the 2nd respondent for the Assessment Year 200506 under the CST Act, 1956 is quashed. No costs.
