ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus that the complaint dated 22.10.2013 made by the petitioner is not being registered.
Sri Viswa Prasad, the Deputy Commissioner of Policerespondent No.6 is personally present.
At the hearing, Sri N.Sridhar Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader, submitted that the petitioner’s complaint has been registered as Crime No.842 of 2013 for the offence under Section 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
In view of registration of the criminal case, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WP.MP.Nos.42192, 42193, 43550, 44591 and 46583 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
