ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“..Honourable court may be pleased to issue a writ or order/s or Direction/s more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting petitioner’s application through letter 282-174/ APPMB/2012, dated:03-09-2012, is illegal set aside the same as it is done by Mr.K.R.K.Prasad not in accordance with terms of the G.O.M.S.No.602, Dated: 20-12-2005 and G.O.M.S.No.200, dated:27-08-2012 against the 2nd respondent’s Board meeting dated: 07-02-2011 by not granting recognition to the petitioner as per section 24(3) of the Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board Act 2006 to run Multi Purpose Health Assistant (Male) Training Institution even though amended the G.O.M.S.No.200, dated:16.09.2009 after the G.O.M.S.No.112, dt:12.06.2012, is violation of the fundamental rights under Article 14,19 and 21 of the constitution of India, direct the respondents in issuance certificate to run for the year 2012-2013 which is contrary to the same is illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction against the principles of natural justice and pass such other order or orders as this honorable court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice.”
At the hearing, Mr.K.Purushotham, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the Writ Petition needs no adjudication. Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel for
the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.38464 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
