This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in treating the petitioner’s land in Sy.No.639 to an extent of Ac.7.24 guntas situated at Devaryamjal Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as to Endowment Department as wholly illegal, and untenable consequently direct the 2^nd respondent to issue NOC to enable the 5^th respondent to receive and register the sale deeds in respect of lands in Sy.No.639 to an extent of Ac.7.24 guntas situated at Devaryamjal Village of Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and pass such other order or orders….”

At the hearing, Sri M.Chandra Murthy, learned counsel representing Sri G.Purushotham Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition after rectifying several incurable mistakes occurred in the writ petition.

The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.32399 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
