When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has submitted a letter dated 20-6-2013 to the Registry seeking to post the writ petition under the caption “withdrawal” as his client had instructed him to withdraw the same and further he has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
4. As a sequel to the disposal of this Writ Petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
