ORDER:
Sri Vadapalli Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in the light of the judgment of this Court holding that the contract employees can also approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in respect of their grievance. He seeks leave of this Court to permit his clients to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in respect of the subject grievance.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. The interim order dated 08.02.2011 passed by this court shall stand vacated. WP MP Nos.2948 and 3714 of 2011 shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
