O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to remand the matter back to the 3rd respondent RDO, Chevella Division, for conducting fresh enquiry by setting aside the orders passed by the respondents in file No. A 7/297/2008 passed against the orders of A7/371/07, dated 15.02.2008, which is against to the orders of the RDO in file No. E/3498/2006, dated 22.03.2007 by declaring the inactions of the respondents as illegal and arbitrary.
On 14.10.2008, this court while ordering rule nisi in the main writ petition directed the respondents in W.P.M.P.No.28841 of 2008 not to make any permanent appointment of dealer in respect of the shop in question.
On 10.10.2011 in W.V.M.P.No.1466 of 2011, this court made the order, dated 14.10.2008 absolute and dismissed the W.V.M.P.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted letter dated 04.01.2013 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the letter submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
