O R D E R:
Learned Government Pleader for Home has since secured instructions in the matter. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the action of the 3rd respondent Sub-Inspector of Police, Renjal Police Station, Nizamabad District in registering a case in Crime No. 114 of 2013 on 14.07.2013 on the file of his police station and also seizing a goods carriage bearing Registration No. AP 25X 7434.
It has since now transpired that the 3rd respondent SubInspector of Police arrested the 1st accused and he was remanded to the judicial custody, while the 2nd accused has surrendered before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bodhan. It is also brought out that the vehicle in question is also deposited with the Court concerned. Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Court concerned and secure release of the vehicle, which is produced before the said Court.
With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
