The grievance of the petitioners is that they own land of extent of Ac.2-10 guntas in Survey No.197/A of Nakerekal Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District; that they inherited the said property from their grand father; subsequently, they came to know that names of third parties were shown inadvertently in the pattedar columns in the pahanies from 1982-1984; they submitted detailed representations on 14.02.2012 and 17.05.2013 requesting the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to conduct necessary enquiry and remove the names of ineligible candidates from pattedar column and enter their names in the revenue records as pattedars and owners of the above land; and that the said representations have not been disposed of.

2. Heard Sri Ch. Jagannatha Rao, learned counsel appearing for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

The Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioners have to make application in Form VI A in terms of Section 4(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short “the Act”) and Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Rules, 1989 (for short “the Rules”) before the 3^rd respondent and that if the petitioners makes such an application, the 3^rd respondent would consider the same and

pass appropriate orders.

In view of the fact that the representations dt.14.02.2012 and 17.05.2013 made by the petitioners are not in accordance with the Form VI A mentioned above, the petitioners may submit such application in Form VI A to the 3^rd respondent within a period of three(3) weeks from today for inclusion of their names in the revenue records and issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds in their favour, in respect of the above land. The

3^rd respondent shall thereupon pass appropriate orders within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of such application from the petitioners.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs. Miscellaneous applications filed in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of.
