It is stated by Sri P.Balaji Varma, learned Special Govt. Pleader for Commercial Taxes that the distraint order dated
23-4-2012 issued by the 5th respondent, which is challenged in this writ petition has been withdrawn by an order dated 19-2-2013, which has been dispatched on 20-2-2013.
In view of the above submission made by the learned Spl. Govt. Pleader for Commercial Taxes, on instructions from the respondents, the grievance in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the above submission on behalf of the respondentsRevenue, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
