O R D E R:
The writ petitioner, who was working as a Field Assistant of Pidempalli Village, Damaragidda Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District has preferred an appeal on 01.03.2013 to the District Collector, Mahaboobnagar, the 3rd respondent herein against the order of termination of his employment.
Therefore, it would be appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to deal with the appeal said to have been preferred by the petitioner on 01.03.2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
