ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice N.V.Ramana)

This Writ Appeal is preferred by the writ petitioner against the order of learned single Judge vacating the orders of status quo dated 16.07.2012.

In view of the finding of the learned single Judge that the work in question is required to be executed expeditiously in connection with the prestigious international conference and the decision taken by the authorities was prima-facie found to be

bona fide and not against the public interest, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the order of status quo was vacated, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 have not taken up the works required to be taken up as per the tender. Learned counsel, therefore, submits that it is appropriate that the writ petition be heard for disposal at an early date.

As the competing claims of petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 are required to be adjudicated in the writ petition, we dispose of the appeal by directing the Registry to list the writ petition before the learned Single Judge for hearing, as per roster, while granting liberty to the writ petitioner to request the learned Single Judge for early hearing of the writ petition. We request the learned single Judge to hear and dispose of the writ petition at his Lordship’s earliest convenience. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dispose of. There shall be no Order as to costs.
