These two petitions are filed by the appellants in W.A.No.1102 of 2012 seeking permission to withdraw the writ appeal.
Having heard the learned counsel for the appellants and having regard to the facts and circumstances explained in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, permission as sought by the petitioners/appellants is granted and accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Both the Petitions are ordered accordingly.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ appeal shall stand closed.
