ORDER:
1. This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of M.C.No.21 of 2012 from the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni, Kurnool District, to the Court of the Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. As the wife can file Maintenance Case in the Court in which jurisdiction she resides, I see no grounds to transfer M.C.No.21 of 2012.
4. Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed at the stage of admission. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
