JUDGMENT:
It is represented that the matter has been settled before Lok Adalath and memorandum of terms of compromise has been filed signed by both the parties and counsels before Lok Adalath along with the award of the Special Lok Adalath Bench at Warangal dated 04.11.2011.
Accordingly, the second appeal is allowed in terms of the Lok Adalath Award.
