ORDER: (per Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta )
After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition directing respondent No.2 (Principal Secretary, Transport, Roads and Buildings (TR-I) Department, Hyderabad), to reconsider the matter, in terms of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2013, upon serving a notice of hearing to the petitioner. After considering the petitioner’s submissions, respondent No.2 will take a decision on the question of reconsideration as to whether the rate imposed by the Government Order is justified in reality or not. The entire exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
