Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit, he does not want to proceed with the matter. He further submits that in view of the revelation of the fact in the counter affidavit, liberty may be given to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, we close this writ petition without passing any order giving liberty to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, as may be advised. No order as to costs.
