CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.635 OF 2013
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decree dt.26.11.2012 passed in Tr.O.P. No.7 of 2012 by the District Judge at Mahabubnagar.
2. This revision is filed on 11.02.2013. It appears that in spite of the deemed specific directions, the trial Court is unable to dispose of the suits, as per the directions given by the District Court.
3. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having some difficulty in conducting day to day trial and at least two months time may be given to him for adducing the evidence.
4. In view of the above circumstances, the II Addl. Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Mahabubnagar is directed to dispose of the matters within two (2) months from today and reasonable opportunity may be given to the petitioner to adduce the evidence.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
