O R D E R:
This C.R.P. is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 16-12-2011 in I.A.No.1667 of 2011 in O.S.No.501 of 1989 passed by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal.
On 30-12-2011, this Court issued notice before admission.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this C.R.P., the suit itself is disposed of and that aggrieved by the same First Appeal is filed and as such, the cause in this C.R.P. becomes infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of the C.R.P., Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
