The petitioners in C.R.P.No.3965 of 2013 are the defendants in O.S.No.155 of 2012 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur, Kurnool. Similarly, the petitioners in C.R.P.No.3989 of 2013 are the defendants in O.S.No.154 of 2012 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur, Kurnool. In both the suits, the respective plaintiffs filed applications for temporary injunction in I.A.Nos.364 and 362 of 2012 respectively. The said applications were filed on the basis of the assertions of the respective plaintiffs of their possession of the plaint schedule properties on the basis of Exs.P.1 to P.9 produced by the respective plaintiffs in support of the claim for temporary injunction in the respective interlocutory applications. The petitioners herein, who are the respective defendants in the aforesaid suits, filed counter affidavits and contested the said applications for temporary injunction by producing the documents, Exs.R.1 to R.4. The Trial Court, on due consideration of the contentions made on behalf of both sides, allowed interlocutory applications of plaintiffs, and granted temporary injunction in the respective suits. As against the same, the respective defendants filed CMA.Nos.1 and 2 of 2013 before the Senior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur.
