O R D E R:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record. The whole grievance of the petitioner appears to be that in spite of the fact that he has complied with the directions of this Court in CRP.No.4628 of 2012, the office of the Court below has not numbered his application for advancement of the rent appeal pending before the Court below.
Having regard to the specific plea of the petitioner that he has already complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, I am of the opinion that the Court below ought to have numbered the application and after hearing both the parties, a judicial order should have been passed.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to consider the petitioner’s application and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. No costs.
