ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed challenging an order, dated 23.08.2011 passed by the Family Court, Hyderabad in the Interlocutory Application filed in O.S.No.78 of 2000. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was partly decreed.
Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The miscellaneous petition filed in this civil revision petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
