ORAL ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the revision does not survive as of now for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.
Recording the same, the CRP is dismissed as having become infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
