ORDER:
This revision petition is directed against the order dated 09.12.2011 in E.A.No.291 of 2010 in E.P.No.2 of 2009 in O.S.No.149 of 2006 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners, however, fairly states that the E.P. itself was disposed of and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
