JUDGMENT
When the matter came up for hearing on 21.06.2013, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, it was directed to be listed to today under the caption for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor there is any representation made on his behalf. Therefore, it is obvious that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
