When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the fact that the petitioner and the 1st respondent are living together, the petitioner is not pressing the criminal revision case and he also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not pressed.
