ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.439 (a) of Cr.P.C. seeking bail for the petitioner/A1 in Cr.No.118/2013 of Women P.S., Nalgonda, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 354-B and 509 IPC read with Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-state.
3. It is alleged in the first information report that the accused was harassing his wife, who is the de facto complainant herein and also sexually harassing his own daughter, aged about 14 years. It is specifically mentioned in the complaint that the petitioner/A1 removed his underwear, showed his male organ to his daughter and asked her to catch hold of the same. The matter is still under investigation.
4. In view of the nature of allegations made against the petitioner/A1, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
5. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed.
