ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, interim stay granted on 19.07.2011 and extended on 04.08.2011 is vacated and Crl.M.P.No.6013 of 2011 shall stand closed.
