Basing on the report filed by the de facto complainant/second respondent, the police registered a case under Sections 420, 419, 406, 418, 506, 120(b) read with 34 of IPC. The allegation against the petitioner and others in the charge sheet is that they played conspiracy and cheated the de facto complainant by promising to execute a sale deed in respect of the land Ac.17.14 guntas situated in Survey No.641 and 642, Kandavada Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and failed to execute the registered sale deeds by receiving an amount of Rs.2 Crores. It is further alleged that the said land does not belong to the petitioner and the others. The offence alleged is of serious nature and as per the copies of the record of investigation produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner and his father Chandraiah received an amount of Rs.11,40,000/- and did not execute the registered sale deed. Under these circumstances, I am of the considered view that this is not a fit case to quash the proceedings against the petitonr/A10.
