ORDER
The petitioner–A1 apprehends arrest in Cr.No.70 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Nellore, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 494 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the pet0itioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State.
It is alleged in the First Information Report that the petitioner harassed the de facto complainant for additional dowry and married another lady during the subsistence of marriage with the de facto complainant.
In view of the specific allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
