ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.9 under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.50 of 2013 of B.N.Kandirga Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 435 and 109 of IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitionerAccused No.9 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-state.
3. Earlier, learned single Judge of this Court in Criminal Petition No.11036 of 2013 directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned Magistrate and seek regular bail. Hence, I am not inclined to take any different view.
4. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
