The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri E.V.V.S Ravi Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following.

This criminal petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A4 to A7 in Crime No. 23 of 2013 of Atreyapuram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC, seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the material on record.

A1 is the husband of the deceased. Main allegations have been made against A1. The petitioners herein are A4 to A7 and no specific allegations have been made against them. In the circumstances, I am inclined to order as follows.

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today, and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, threaten the witnesses acquainted with the facts of the case.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed.
