JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel appearing for the appellants filed a letter dated 29-01-2013 before the Registry, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the City Civil Court Appeal.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any filed in this appeal, shall stand dismissed.
