O R D E R :
This Contempt Case is filed seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for violation of the order dated 16-42012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10023 of 2008.
2. Respondents have passed the orders on 266-2013, reinstating the petitioner into service with an observation that the Corporation has passed the said order without prejudice to its right to take steps in accordance with law to determine the age of the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
4. As a sequel to the disposal of this Contempt Case, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
