It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing this contempt case, the Commissioner, Eluru Municipality passed an order on 05.07.2011.
In view of the said order, no further enquiry is necessary in this contempt case. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, dated 05.07.2011 by pursuing the appropriate remedy as available under law, if so advised. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
