O R D E R:
This Contempt Case is filed seeking to summon the respondents and punish them under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for willfully and deliberately flouting the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.15733 of 2009 on 22-3-2012.
2. Heard the learned counsel.
3. It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel that the Division Bench of this Court suspended the orders.
4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed for the present granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Contempt Case after disposal of the writ appeal.
5. As a sequel to the disposal of this Contempt Case, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
