ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.01.2013 in W.P.No.23418 of 2012.
The respondent filed a counter affidavit wherein he has averred that in pursuance of the order of this Court, he has passed award on 19.11.2013. He has filed a copy of the said award along with the counter affidavit.
Sri K.Sitaram, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that he is admitting the present position.
In view of compliance of the order of this Court by the
respondent, by passing the award, the Contempt Case is closed.
