This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 06.02.2013, in Writ Petition No.12206 of 2011 and batch.
At the hearing, Sri C.C.S.Sastry, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the respondents are willing to comply with the abovementioned order of this Court, his client is not interested in pursuing this Contempt Case. He has, therefore, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case.
The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
