CONTEMPT CASE No.1327 of 2012
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the order, 02.04.2012, passed by this Court in W.P.No.9198 of 2012.
Today, it is reported by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the order has been complied with.
The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
Hence, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
