JUDGMENT: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice L.Narasimha Reddy)
Sri V.Sankara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, filed a letter, dated 14.06.2013, stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the appeal and accordingly, prayed for.
Permission is accorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
