ORDER:

Heard Sri G.V.Raghava Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

2. The petitioner is admittedly working as Technical Work Inspector (MIC) at Kadapa Urban Housing which is under the control of the 2^nd and 3^rd respondents. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking regularization of his services in terms of G.O.Rt.No.138, Housing (U&IAY) Department, dated 08.05.2006 on the ground that he fulfills all the conditions for such regularization on par with others. It is also stated that the 3^rd respondent has already submitted proposals for regularization of petitioner’s services to the 2^nd respondent in his letter Rc.No.273-E-06 dated 01.09.2006.

In the counter filed on behalf of the 2^nd respondent in para-9 thereof it is stated that he has already submitted proposals to the first respondent i.e. the Principal Secretary to Government, Housing Department, for regularization of the petitioner’s services and the matter is pending with the Government.

In the circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposals submitted by the second respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in terms of the aforementioned G.O.Rt.No.138 on par with others whose services have already been regularized.

5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
