The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“ … to issue a writ or writs or order or orders more particularly writ of mandamus in nature by declaring the action of the respondent officials in closing the shops No.1, 2 & 4 of Toddy Tappers Co-operative Society without there being issuance of suspension orders as illegal and in gross violation of principles of natural justice besides offending Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner society to continue toddy shops till the receipt of second sample chemical analysis report …”
At the hearing, Sri Srinivas Kapatia, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.680/2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
