ORDER:
In this Writ Petition, petitioners seek directions by way of Mandamus, directing the respondents to distribute the loans under Indiramma Housing Scheme, as per Order, dated 02.06.2011.
When the matter is taken up today, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited, appearing for respondents, submits that the petitioners were proposing to build houses in their sites which are falling within the proposed road widening, and as such, loans are not disbursed for construction of houses.
As the very sites in which the petitioners propose to build houses are coming under implementation of master plan, no direction can be issued to the respondents for disbursement of loans and it is open for the respondents to communicate the same to the petitioners.
The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46709 of 2012 also stands dismissed.
