ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Memo Rc.No.1418/2011/TRI/VC-1, dated 26.07.2011, of respondent No.1.
At the hearing, Sri M. Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, placed before the Court order, dated 30.11.2011, in Writ Petition No.31605 of 2011, whereunder a memo identical to the one impugned in this Writ Petition fell for this Court’s consideration and was set aside with the observation that the petitioner’s admission into PG course shall be subject to the result of the enquiry and the order passed by the competent authority. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare has conceded to this position.
Hence, for the same reasons, which are contained in the said order passed in Writ Petition No.31605 of 2011, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms thereof with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.42921 of 2011 is disposed of as infructuous.
