ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice V.V.S.Rao)
The writ petition is filed assailing the notice of demand under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (the Act).
At the time of hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, his client has already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, under Section 17 of the Act. Therefore, he does not press the writ petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The W.P.M.P shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
